About Space

Park & Cruise provides the ideal parking experience for anyone looking to travel from the Port of Miami. Conveniently located just a mile away from the Port of Miami, the Park & Cruise lot is the answer to all your Port of Miami Cruise parking needs. We provide affordable Port of Miami parking lots that follow strict sanitization and safety processes. We offer premium services like contactless parking, regular sanitization, camera surveillance, and security.

Shuttle Information

Complimentary Shuttle: Check-in starts at 10:30 AM and the first shuttle leaves the garage to port at 11:00 am. The Last shuttle leaves the garage at 2:30 PM; If you arrive after hours, you may park on the 8th floor and arrange for private transportation to the Port of Miami via UBER, LYFT, or Taxi.

The shuttle is free for up to 4 passengers; larger groups must drop off extra passengers at the port.

We do not refund Uber, Lyft, or Taxi expenses.

Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making your reservation.

Upon Arrival: DO NOT SCAN QR CODE, Take a ticket from the machine on 2nd floor and proceed to the 8th floor for parking validation.

Check-in mandatory: Vehicles that do not register are subject to fines or towing. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFUNDS ON PAYMENTS AS A RESULT OF CUSTOMERS NOT CHECKING IN OR OBTAINING PROPER VALIDATION. EVEN IF YOU WILL OPT FOR PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION, RIDESHARE OR TAXI, YOU MUST CHECK IN AND OBTAIN VALIDATION.

Height Restriction: The garage has a height restriction of 7'0".

No In-and-Out Privileges: Re-entry is not allowed. Any vehicle attempting re-entry will be subject to fines, tire booting, or towing.

Lost Ticket Fee: A $20.00 fee will apply for lost tickets.

Availability: Parking is first-come, first-served.

Important Note:

The shuttle is complimentary and transports a maximum of 4 passengers per reservation.

If your group exceeds 4 passengers, additional passengers must be dropped off at the port before parking.

No refunds are provided for private transportation such as Uber, Lyft, or Taxi.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the reservation's start date and time.

Same-day cancellations are not accepted.

Cancellation requests made after the scheduled service start date and time will not be honored.

No refunds will be issued for unused parking reservations, whether intentional or accidental.

A $10.00 cancellation fee applies to all canceled reservations.
