How to Redeem

<div>Check the confirmation email you receive after reserving a spot for instructions on redeeming your booking. Don&rsquo;t forget to save the email for your reference.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Once you arrive at the parking lot please pull a ticket at the gate instead of scanning the QR code. After pulling the ticket, proceed to the office with your QR code, parking lot team will either scan it or take the OGI number for verification and arrange for parking.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Please note: Customers may be asked to hand over their keys to the front desk during busy periods to ensure better parking management.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Allow enough time to park your car and reach the terminal before your flight. Check with the airline/airport to confirm the suggested arrival time.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Kindly note that if you own a KIA or a Hyundai car model, parking is at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle. This precaution is due to recent theft attempts targeting KIA &amp; Hyundai cars, particularly within our vicinity.</div>

Shuttle Information

A free shuttle runs 23/7 every 30 minutes on the half hour and hour, except for 2am-3am. Any parties of 4+ passengers need to be dropped off at the airport prior to checking in for parking. IMPORTANT: This lot only allows a party of '4' to enter the shuttle van at a time. PLEASE DROP any more members at the Airport first and then proceed to the parking lot.
