You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot, show your email confirmation to the attendant on your smartphone or as a printout. The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time prior to your flight.

Important:

Customers are advised to contact the parking lot if their flight is delayed. In case of delays, the lot will extend its hours of operation from 12 a.m. to 1 a.m., allowing extra time for retrieving vehicles.
