Parking Instructions

After reserving your spot, you’ll receive an email with redemption instructions.

Show your confirmation email (on your phone or as a printout) to the attendant when you arrive at the parking lot.

Arrival instructions:
Upon arrival at the hotel, press the button to get a parking ticket.
Bring the parking ticket, License Plate Number, and your Way.com confirmation letter to Guest Services.
The hotel will have you complete a form with personal and vehicle information, provide a vehicle decal for your dashboard, and direct you where to park.

Additional note: This is a Cruise Parking Only service.
No complimentary shuttle service
You can easily reach the terminal by taking an Uber or Lyft.
To help offset your transportation costs, discounted parking rates have been provided.

Note: This lot does not allow parking for RVs, moving trucks, cargo trailers, buses, or oversized trucks.

Please note: Shuttle service is currently unavailable, but we've adjusted the price to help cover your rideshare costs. If you prefer, you can drop off your passengers at the port first and then park—it's just a short Uber or Lyft ride back to the port.
