Shuttle Information

Our complimentary shuttle operates from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with lunch breaks 10:30am-11:00am and 7:30pm-8:00pm. The shuttle arrives at 1400 Touhy every thirty minutes, at the 15-minute and 45-minute marks. Shuttle arrives at O'Hare Airport Terminal 2A Shuttle Area approximately every 30 minutes. Delays may occur during peak periods.

Parking Instructions

1. Enter this location off of Touhy Ave and follow signage to the back of the parking lot. Please park in Section A as outlined in the photo

2. The shuttle operates seven days a week, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, on demand at the 15th and 45th minutes of each hour. When boarding the shuttle, please present proof of your shuttle reservation to the driver.

3. If you are planning to park your vehicle during off-shuttle times, it is recommended that you schedule a taxi or rideshare service.

4. For pick-ups from O’Hare airport, please proceed to pick up from 2A.

5. The shuttle operates on demand at the 15th and 45th minutes of each hour. Please note that from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, no shuttle is available. Please allow yourself enough time to park your vehicle and get on the shuttle before your scheduled pick-up time.

6. You’re all set! Please exit off of Mannheim Rd.
