Shuttle Information

The shuttle service operates 24/7, with departures every 20 minutes, and runs on-demand to and from the airport. Return instructions will be provided at check-in and included in your email or text confirmation.

Parking Instructions

1. Reservations are valid for sedans, SUVs, vans with up to 7 passengers, and 150/1500 type trucks.
2. Vans with 8 or more passengers and trucks of type 250-2500 / 350-3500 / 450-4500 and higher will be charged $7.99 per day plus 6.5% taxes on non-holidays, or $15.99 per day on holidays.
3. Motorcycles, RVs, or trailers have different rates.
4. Reservations are valid only for the dates purchased.
5. The maximum period of stay in the lot is 3 months. After 3 months, the car will be removed or immobilized, with expenses to be paid by the client.
6. We only offer self-parking, and once self-parking is full, we valet the cars.
7. Drop-offs and pickups are to and from Terminal A at MCO. If you are going to Terminal B, it is a 2-minute walk from Terminal A. Both are in the same building.
8. Do not leave valuables in the vehicles. The company is not responsible for their loss.
9. We recommend you take a picture of your car upon entry and when you pick it up before leaving the lot. In case of a complaint, these pictures will be required. If you do not provide the pictures, the claim will not be accepted.
10. Our shuttles run within 20-minute intervals. The time may decrease but could also increase due to accidents, delays at the airport, storms, or other issues beyond our control. We strongly recommend arriving at our lot three and a half hours before the departure of your domestic flight or four and a half hours before an international flight.
11. We do not accept reservations for business rentals (like Turo) in any of our lots. The cars must be removed by the owner of each reservation. Rental cars will be immobilized and must pay the corresponding charges at the time of the request.
12. You pay for a parking spot. The shuttle is a courtesy service. You can use our shuttles or take an Uber/taxi. If you park your car in the lot, the reservation is considered honored, and no refund requests will be accepted for any reason. We do not issue refunds if you choose to ride an Uber/Lyft/taxi.
13. Please be courteous to our employees and users. We reserve the right to reject any aggressive customers. Arrive at the parking lot no less than 3 hours before your flight's departure time.
14. Only one suitcase per person is allowed. Excess baggage will be charged on-site, similar to airline charges. Our cost is $20 per additional package/suitcase.
15. If you board a shuttle without checking in or leave your car without the key, you will be subject to a $150 penalty. If you block a check-in booth with your car, it will be towed by a towing company at the owner's expense.

DEPARTURE

After check-in, park your car in any available spot in the lot. We provide self-parking, and valet service is provided once self-parking spots are full. The type of parking is determined by the company based on availability. Take your luggage and walk a few steps to the bus stop. The trip to the airport takes 7 minutes.

RETURN PICK-UP

For pick-up, please make a request by clicking on the link you received during check-in. After retrieving your luggage, go to the airport elevators at Terminal A. Go to Level 1 (GT). Pick-up is at spots 34-37 ONLY.
