Shuttle Information

Our shuttle service operates every 30 minutes from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM CST daily. For after-hours service, running from 9:31 PM to 9:59 AM, there is a fee of $25 + tax per pickup. Please note that for shuttle access during this time, a pre-booking is required. You will receive a link to access the shuttle service. To book a ride, call 2144941744 at least 30 minutes prior to their arrival to schedule and confirm their shuttle. To pay for after-hours service call and request after hours service.

24 Hour Self Parking, Upon your arrival find an empty parking spot on the 2nd Level of the parking garage. DO NOT PARK on the 1st level of the parking garage or your vehicle will be removed at the owners expense. For shuttle service during normal business hours call (214) 494-1744 and a parking attendant will approach your vehicle. To self-park, simply text (214) 494-1744 with a photo of your vehicle and license plate, at least 30 minutes prior to their arrival to schedule and confirm their shuttle. Present your reservation details to the attendant or text in your confirmation for self-parking access.

Please have your reservation details printed as this will serve as your parking ticket. If you are not able to do so, please screenshot your confirmation email to (214) 494-1744. From there you can board the shuttle which runs every 30 minutes from 10AM to 9:30PM CST daily.

Cancellation Policy :

You have the flexibility to cancel your parking reservation until the minute prior to the check-in time and receive a complete refund – a guaranteed reimbursement without any inquiries!
