Shuttle Disclaimer

 

Our complimentary airport shuttle runs from 4:15 AM-12:00 AM. From the hotel to the airport, it runs Every 40 minutes starting at 4:15 AM.

Please call the hotel at least 1- 2 hours ahead on the day you arrive at the park. Once you call please stay at your location. Shuttles are not allowed to stay and wait for the guest.

The shuttle is shared with a few other hotels and stops at each one to drop-off and pick up passengers.

Once you gather your belongings you'll go down to the lowest level of the airport and look for a gray color COURTESY VAN sign.

After you find that sign you'll call the hotel (972-929-4600) and let them know which terminal and gate number you are at. They will then send a white shuttle that says HOTEL CONNECTIONS on it. It usually takes 10-25 minutes depending on traffic and time of day.

 

Here are the terminal and gate numbers. These are the only locations that the shuttle vans are allowed to pick up passengers.

 

A(Alpha) - A10 & A24

B(Bravo) - B6 & B48

C(Charlie) - C3 & C24 & C35

D(Delta) -D1 & D40

E(Echo) – E11 & E35

Please know your location before calling. You must be on the lower level. Give your location and phone number to expedite the service. Thank you
