Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot please pull a ticket at the gate instead of scanning the QR code. After pulling the ticket, proceed to the office with your QR code, parking lot team will either scan it or take the OGI number for verification and arrange for parking. The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space and provide airport shuttle information. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time before your flight.

Our free shuttle operates 24/7, every 30 minutes, except from 2 AM to 3 AM. If your party has four or more members, please drop them off at the airport first before parking.

Liability Notice
We are not liable for any glass or tire damage. To avoid disputes, please take photos of your vehicle before departure.

Parking Information
When you hand over your keys, your car will be safely stored in an indoor facility one mile away and returned upon your return. Our customers rate this service 5 stars.

Covered Parking Disclaimer
Covered parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If unavailable, your car will be parked outdoors, and you'll only pay for the outdoor parking, with the price difference refunded.
