How to Redeem 

After completing your reservation, check your inbox for an email with redemption instructions. 

When you arrive at the parking lot, show your email confirmation to the attendant, either on your smartphone or as a printout. The parking lot staff will then direct you to your reserved space. 

Before your flight, check with both the airlines and the airport for the suggested arrival time. 

As the shuttle service is unavailable, you can drop off your passengers and luggage at the terminal first and then park your car here. It's just a short Uber or Lyft ride back, and we've reduced the price to help cover the cost. 

Cancellation Policy 

We have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your parking reservation before your check-in time and claim a full refund.
