Would like to see a quicker response time for the shuttle. It took over 30 minutes for shuttle to arrive after I called. Everything else was great.

Experience was pretty good, however the driver that drove us to the airport was a terrible driver. The ENTIRE ride he pumped the gas - the whole way. Made me very nauseous. Didn't get his name, but I'm sure you can see from the records who drove me. He didn't speak much English. Anyway, that part of the experience was not good, but the ride back was great. Very nice guy.

When booked the listing indicated valet and self-parking. No self parking. We got lost trying to find the place and called for help, phone was picked up and left on desk I could hear people talking but not to me. We arrived back in TPA at 1 am on Wed. morning but when we called for a ride they were not aware we were coming in that night and we waited 45 min for someone to come. Our car was a mess covered with bird crap and leaves.

Very pleased - I believe our driver's name was Rufus -- extremely nice and came and promptly picked us up.

With this being the first time using this service, had a little diffuclty locating the lot but now that I know where it is there should be no future problems.
A little miscommunication on the return process as far as when to contact the driver. (We were told to call as soon as we landed at the airport rather than after we had obtained our luggage) Overall a very convenient service which I plan utilize in the near future.

Found lot locked at time of arrival as lot attendant was only one for lot and driver. Same person. When on run to airport then the lot is locked up and no indication on outside of the gated area indicates what is happening. At least a sign stating attendant is on a run and will return in set time would help in assisting knowing that one has arrived at the correct site and waiting is needed. The run to and from the Airport can take approx. 30 minutes. and is long time to wait.

This is the second time we have had to wait almost a half hour to be picked up form TIA. It is very frustrating after a long flight to wait and wait.
Also, y car which was in perfect working order now has a broken drivers door handle. While I am not able to say if it happened by your staff it is not easy to dismiss this since it was perfect when dropped off.

When I called to be picked up the driver yelled at me because I advised him I had to still get my bags that I should not have called until I already had them. As this was the first time I ever used this system I didn't know that as I was not advised in advance.

When we arrived to drop off the car everything went smoothly and we were delivered promptly to the airport. However when we called to be picked up at the airport we were told that we needed to be in Zone Blue 2 and were impatiently asked for our ticket number several times while we tried to organize luggage and find the ticket in our belongings. We waited 40 minutes to be picked up and then he made two more runs thru the lots for more people. It was more than an hour before we got to your lot.

Employess were Great! I Had alot of BIRD droppings on my car and the employee took the time to was my car before i left the lot with it!

We used your services 5-2 through 5-6-13 and I must say that I was very impressed with the whole operation. From the people that greeted us, the driver and having our car ready for us when we returned. The only thing better, would be if you washed, waxed, clean the interior and toped off the fuel tank.
