Conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 71 and Highway 183 just 5 minutes from the Austin Airport. Our shuttle hours of operation are from 7:00AM-11:00PM every hour on the hour. Reservations must be made online in advance. The hotel address and driving directions will be provided on your confirmation.

Waited about 30 min for pickup at airport after I called. When I called back, I was told van was there about 10 min waiting for me. It was sitting about 20 feet away, but it didn’t have the best western name on it and driver didn’t get out to call out my name. He just sat there. Very poor. Never again.

Shuttle driver from Best Western Austin Airport was prompt, courteous, helpful & personable. I would absolutely use this hotel parking again. On my trip home from some time away, I called as instructed for a pickup & was told that the driver was at or near the airport at that time. The hotel called him to say I was ready to be picked up and he was there in less than 3 minutes.

I have been to the airport so many times I thought I knew every hotel along the way, not. I had to use my phone map to find the hotel. That said: It was "quick and easy." Upon our return I called, was told "15 to 30 mins." Walked out of baggage, and the van was there waiting. Everything was far quicker and easier than parking at the airport. And I have been to the airport parking to see, "Lot Closed. Full." So beyond a doubt, a reservation is very important.

On the way to the airport, all was fine. They did say they only drop off every hour and not half hour. on our way home we had to use Lyft service because their shuttle service was available. They did reimburse us but still... it wasn't ideal.

Gave it 4 stars only because it took an hour and two calls to be picked up from our return trip. We had no problems going to the airport and usually travel and park at Best Western 3 times a year. This is the first time there has ever been a delay. We think there might have been confusion and communication delayed at the front desk, however that is only our opinion. We will use Best Western again and realize mistakes happen. Our drivers were excellent both ways.

I had to call twice for the shuttle, the second time I was told she probably went around ad she couldn't stand and would text the driver. When the driver picked us up I told her " I thought you forgot about us". She said they forgot to tell her to pick us up. I understand forgetting but do not blame someone else or lie to me.

My biggest complaint with our reservation is the Shuttle service. First we were told our reservation was cancelled because we did not show at 7am when our reservation started and that we need to make our reservation start exactly when we plan to arrive so they can schedule their shuttle service. Second and the worst is that their Shuttle car has no marking indicating it is the Best Western Shuttle. How are we supposed to know when it arrives. We missed the shuttle and had to wait 30 minutes mor

We were surprised to find just a small parking area, but it worked great for us. Everyone was very friendly and our driver (Sorry I forgot her name) was especially so. Thanks for taking care of us! Judy & Lester Strawn

My wallet fell out of my pocket on the return trip from the airport. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in locating it and holding it for me.
